Wanzi H2O Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Wanzi H2O, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our monthly subscription service, product leasing agreements, and maintenance provisions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Wanzi H2O website. By accessing and using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from using our website.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, the leasing of our products, and our subscription services. The website is operated under the laws of South Africa.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, or “our”: Refers to Wanzi H2O.
  • “You”: Refers to the customer, user, or visitor of the website.
  • “Product”: Any goods or services offered by Wanzi H2O, including under-counter water purifiers.
  • “Subscription”: The monthly leasing service provided for the water purifiers.

3. Use of the Website

By using our website, you:

  • Warrant that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to, violating any intellectual property rights or engaging in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to restrict access to certain parts of the website at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription Fee: A monthly fee covering product use, maintenance, and necessary repairs.
  • Debit Order: Subscription requires signing a debit order. Failed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription after the 36-month contract period with 30 days’ written notice. The filtration system will be removed by our team and must be in good working condition.
  • Ownership: The water purifier remains the property of Wanzi H2O. You are responsible for its care and proper use.
  • Damage Liability:
    • Customers are liable for irreparable damage caused by negligence, valued at R1 500.00.
    • Replacement installations due to negligence will incur a fee of R350.00.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Installation is arranged at a mutually agreed time.
  • Postponements must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments will incur a call-out fee of R350.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Maintenance and repairs are included in your subscription. Notify us immediately of malfunctions or damage.
  • Postponement of maintenance must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed maintenance appointments will incur a call-out fee of R350.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wanzi H2O or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wanzi H2O and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Use of our services is at your own risk.
